microwave,oven and hob. The adjacent dining area leads onto one of
the terraces and through to an enormous salon with fireplace and 2nd
terrace benefitting from the shade in the afternoons. Along the hall
there is a double bedroom with shower room and seperate w.c next
door. There is a large utility room with washing machine. |

Upstairs
A
spiral staircase
leads
up from the salon to 3 bedrooms, one of which can easily sleep 4 in
single beds. The other two are double rooms opposite the shower room
and seperate wc. The décor is refreshingly modern and
tasteful
with a mix of cool and warm colours throughout maintaining the effect
of spaciousness and luminosity. The double glazed windows are fitted
with remote
controlled blinds for extra comfort in the hot summers. |

Swimming
pool The
8m x 4m pool is for your private use and is built within the walls of
the old stables affording you privacy and shade. The steps have a jet
spa system. There is a kitchenette with hob and small fridge and a
beautifully constructed stone barbecue built into the wall. There is
also a large changing room which can double as a bedroom with ensuite
shower room. |
